Recovery Ride on My Raleigh M800 MTB

After the Gator Ride yesterday I thought it would be best to follow Dr. Mirkin’s recommendation and do a rest ride for recovery. I figured my mountain bike would be the best since I would not be a tempted to speed and overdue the ride and not make it a recovery one. I think the idea worked. This could be a future standard after long rides.

Th statistics for tody’s ride:

  • miles = 14.64
  • ride time = 1:11:51
  • average pace = 4.54 min/mile
  • average speed = 12.2
  • climb = 309 ft, descend = 165 ft.
