First segment likely to be complete is from Fort Worth to Texarkana, mainly due to segments in the area (including Northeast Texas Trail) already being funded. 2/3

Another segment is in the works starting in Brownsville and coming north. Lots of pieces likely to be started in the next 5 years, but this will be a generational effort that requires commitment from cities, counties, state, etc. 3/3
