OK, everyone, here is the official word on the BCGB creek crossings.
We started at Zilker and rode the path to HOL.
1st crossing: (close to spyglass) was knee deep, not moving
2nd crossing: (near the climbing rocks) again mid shin, not moving
3rd crossing: (long one by the bottom of TRU) ankle deep, not moving
4th crossing: (past elephant’s butt) this was to my mid thigh, not moving …
