Hundreds of competitive cyclists came out to Fort Hood Saturday and Sunday for the Fort Hood Challenge, a state championship road race put on by “The Racing Post†magazine.
According to “Racing Post†editor Andy Hollinger, the 33-mile closed course on Fort Hood’s western range roads is the largest closed course for cycling in the state of Texas. This is the eighth year this event has been hosted at Fort Hood.
