Surveillance video shows the suspect on a bike, pulling the door handles on vehicles on Carolina Way in West-U Tuesday night.

A 50-year-old cyclist died in West Houston early Monday after his bike was struck by a pickup truck, police said.
The man died at the scene after police said his bicycle was hit by a gray Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck at the 1700 block of Barker Cypress around 5:20 a.m.
His identity is pending verification by the medical examiner, police said.
The man driving the pickup remained at the scene and was not found to be impaired, police said.
